    Three piece slant bar razor.

    Uses standard double-edge razor blades.

    The benefit of a slant razor is the blade is torqued in two directions increasing the mechanical strength and making the blade more rigid; a thin but rigid blade cuts more efficiently. Traditional German design head from the mid twentieth century.

    Slant razors are perfect for tough beards and sensitive skin. With a sharper blade they cut whiskers like a hot knife through better and thus require less passes with the razor.

    A very nice slant at a great price

    Title says it all. Blade gap is a little generous but it is more efficient.aggressive than other slants. YMMV. At $25 it's a steal.

    The Incredible German 37 Slant

    Trust Razorock to do it right at below $40. The German 37 slant is much smoother, but just as efficient as the Fatip Lo Sorta slant. Perhaps it's the closed comb compared to the Fatip's open comb. With the Nacet blade it was a very pleasurable two pass shave with just about all done on the first pass. No need to ride the cap. Very little, if any, razor burn, far less than with the Fatip. When I had a week's worth of growth from being on holidays, the German 37 with a Nacet on it's third shave got it good and smooth with no burn and only one ATG pass
    I can't see myself reaching for the Fatip over the German 37. This is what a slant razor should be. My skin stayed smooth well up into the evening.
