  • The idea for this handle was given to me by one of our loyal clients, Bruce, in Winnipeg. I love the shape so we decided to bring the handle to life and give him due credit for the wonderful idea. THANK YOU BRUCE!

For over a year now, there has been a synthetic shaving brush that's been all-the-rage in the traditional wet shaving community and sells for between thirty and fifty dollars. RazoRock has sourced the same knot and mated it to a heavy resin handle with our RazoRock logo stamped on the base.  This brush is an absolutely joy to lather with and is uber soft on the face.  The weight and quality of the handle is going to blow you away at this price-point!

    Knot size: 24 mm x 57 mm

    Height: ~ 107 mm

    Weight: ~ 73 grams

Good brush. Does the job, looks the part. Has enough backbone to build up a great lather with your favourite razorock soap

Great brush. Perfect for face lather with shaving cream.

Quite an amazing brush. Not my favorite, but not very far. The handle feel sturdy and much better quality than what you would get for the same price in other brands like Omega. The knot feel soft and is perfect for face lathering. For shaving cream in tube like Nivea or Proraso, it is the best knot you can get, however even if I would qualify this Plissoft knot as great with hard soap, I still prefer the Tuxedo knot on my Yaqi which has more backbone. No mater which soap or cream I use, the brush can fit enough lather for a 3 pass shave with touch ups. Another upside is that no animal was hurt in the process of making this brush as oppose to badger or boar brush. The main downside of this brush would be that it's not great at keeping the lather warm in between passes, so if you want a warm lather, I would recommend to use a scuttle.

    Still One of my Favorites

I have seven brushes, quite different from each other, and I like them all. This is the first brush I bought, and it's still one of my top two favorites. I just use it for creams because it's very soft and lacks backbone, so it takes too long to make a lather with a hard soap. But when I'm using a cream, I love its softness.

This would also be a good brush for a dopp kit because it's smallish and its synthetic fibers dry quickly.

    Best affordable brush ever

At $13 with the stand, this brush is an amazing bargain. It is well built, looks great, doesn't shed, lathers up very well and feels very soft to my sensitive skin.

What's not to like? A ThriftyShaver Highly Recommended.
