    The beauty of the RazoRock Game Changer is the robustness of its design. We can make various base plates to accommodate a standard Game Changer top cap and these base plates can drastically vary the shaving characteristics.   The Game Changer comes with many plate options(8 in total) which include Open Comb and Jaws options as well as multiple exposures ranging from 0.68 to 1.05.

    Blade Gap: 0.84 mm

    Material: 316L Marine Grade Stainless Steel

    Finish: 3 stages, 24 hours, machine vibratory finish. It's important to note that our finish is designed to de-burr and make the pieces smooth with minimum effect on machining tolerances. It's a tool-like finish and not a mirror-type high polish; each piece is unique (no two pieces will be identical). We don't believe in hand polishing our machined safety razors because it's self-defeating. We spend so much time and effort getting the tolerances tight, a hand polish will just ruin these tolerances. We would rather give you a quality tool-like finish at a great price and leave it up to you if you want to put a jewelry type polish or gun-kote at the razor later at additional cost. Razor pieces could have some small tool or finishing marks.

    Other Details: Each razor is engraved with a unique serial number.

    My third base plate

    I have the .68SB and the .76SB plates as well. They are both very good. This one, the .84 OC is, as you might expect, more efficient. And, it is no less comfortable. Paired with a Russian Astra blade, it did a superb job of removing three days growth with no blade feel. A light touch is all that is required. Both times I've used it I got some weepers below my lower lip which I don't typically get but not a big deal

    It's a Gamechanger

    This is my fourth Gamechanger base plate, having already bought a .68, .76 and .84 SB plates. Having worked my way up to the .84 SB plate, I wanted something a bit more efficient (aggressive?) and the .84 OC is just that - efficient while remaining comfortable. The Gamechanger line has something for everyone. I also bought the single piece halo handle to go with it, it's as good looking a razor as it is a functionally proficient tool. I highly recommend it.

    Hello, I have the entire game changer line, all open and closed combs. Of all of them my absolute favorite is the GC open comb 84, super smooth and efficient. He always gives me BBS shaves with no problems. The second best is the GC close comb84 but I always feel that it lacks a bit more efficiency. The GC open comb 84 is perfect even for every day. I consider that it is the best of the entire game changer line and it competes very well even with the new lupos that I also have.

It's a Gamechanger
