100 Rapira Swedish Supersteel Blades, 20 packs of 5 (100 blades)

My favorite blade in the Rapira line is Platinum Lux. These are a very close second. These are a steal if you can buy for under 10 cents a blade. They work well in all of my razors.

I just tested my first Rapira in a Merkur 23 safety razor. These blades are very sharp and come double wrapped, for safety. The yield is an extremely close shave, in careful increments. My initial impression is that Rapira rivals my best Solingen blades from Germany. An excellent value in the 100 pack. Not available in California / Bay Area stores . Thank you !

I started using a safety razor in 2015 for the first time since I was a teenager. Glad to be back! haha At the time I knew nothing of what blades were good, bad, whatever. I bought a few samples and in the end bought 100 Feather blades. Feathers are sharp MF's, and at the time my thinking was sharpest is best, but I was wrong. So as I was about to run out a few weeks ago, I wanted to try something new. Rapira Swedish Supersteel is the direction I took and glad I did!

I use them with a Merkur 25C open comb and very happy with the results. I shave every other day and so far there has been no skin irritation, and I haven't had to worry about attracting vampires as I haven't bled like crazy with these blades. What works for everyone is different, and these are great for me. The price for 100 is the cat's ass as well!!! :)

Bought a pack of a hundred because they were on sale and I had not tried this brand before. Very surprised by the sharpness and smoothness of the blades. Equal to the 7 oclock blades.
