    sealed bottle lost scent

This is a nice scent, masculine and light. I really like it but after a couple of months after opening it lost most of the scent in the bottle! Kept it tightly lidded and out of the sunlight too.

    Excellent Scent From RR

This splash is understated in a good way. Subtle and projects just enough. Has a nice herbal start on the skin and fresh powdery finish after 30 minutes or so. The scent reminds me of clubman pinaude talc but toned down quite a bit and a little more spicy and woodsy. Very light almost indiscernible scent in the cold winter. Should be great for the hot weather coming. I generally use AF splashes as cologne in that I don't rub them on my face but apply a drip or two on the neck because some AF splashes are so potent or project too much. But I would with this mixture from IB. Feels great on the skin and leaves it nicely moisturized.

    Classic indeed

My first splash from Razorock! What a brilliant recipe. I agree with the barbershop fougère it claims to be, but this ain’t no Pinaud Clubman. (Too cloying for me). If you can get your nose behind the vintage classics like Brut, Yardley’s or British Sterling, you’re sure to appreciate this. I’d go so far as to liken it to the Tabac aftershave. It’s so well rounded & blended and not at all powdery. Little to go on based on the description, but I pickup lemon, balsam and woody notes. Joseph & Michael should be very proud of this offering that keeps their customers classically dapper. I’m 100% sold on this brand.

"Barbershop Fougere" doesn't do it justice

When I think Barbershop Fougere, I think clubman, Brut, or one of the many Rive Gauche copies. This is NOTHING like those, but it's AWESOME. It smells like they took a vat of Acqua Di Parma Colonia and mixed it into a Vat of Tom Ford Tuscan Leather. Gorgeous. Buy this, especially if you have oily skin like me and don't need "skinfood" (more like allergy food).
