    Perfect choice

    2 years ago I bought my 1st DE razor from IB. It was a cheap RazoRock shaver to try and see if I liked a DE. After about 6 months I decided to invest in a good razor but I wanted something adjustable. I watched all the videos. Merkur Progress, Parker Varient and the Rockwell 6c were my best options. I chose the Rockwell and am glad I did. I almost always use the #3 plate but have tried #1, #2 and #4. The blade and plates are easy to change and the blade is held secure with no movement at all. Great quality product.

    Good solid razor

    This razor has a good, solid feel to it: nice heft, well constructed and the knurled handle offers a great grip. I was a bit skeptical about the interchangeable plate system, but it is in fact more solid than the Merkur adjustable I had been using for years until it broke. Follow the instructions and start with the least aggressive plate (#1) and work up through the various levels until you find the one you like best (#4, in my case). Very good value for money.

    The Rockwell 6c is one of my favourite razors. It seems to work with almost any blade and looks great !!

    I am very happy to have purchased this razor from Italian Barber. I am a bit of a sceptic by nature, and have been reading about how wonderful these razors were, but thought it was perhaps mostly sales hype. Well I am very happy to report that the "hype" about this razor is actually true. The quality of the razor is excellent, and everything that I was hearing about how smooth this razor shaves is true. I have four other razors and have put them away in a cabinet.

    My go to razor

    Before I had my 6c I was using a merkur 34c . And it is night and day different. On plates 1 and 2 it is almost impossible to nick yourself and plates 3 and 4 are efficient and smooth. So if I was only able to use 1 razor my choice would be this 6c.

Perfect choice
