    A fine product from Pakistan

Super sharp and Super smooth. I use Treet blades as Treet has more than 90 percent market share in Pakistan and these blades are cheap too. A product of Pakistan to be proud of as a man.

    Very smooth shave!

Although the “black beauties” have a not too good reputation I am a big fan of them once I found the right razor to use with. Very close and confortable shave! And since they are dirty cheap at IB I only use them twice and load a fresh after.

    Unique -- Great Smoothness !

The Treet "Black Beauty" Carbon blade unique in several ways.

The bluing applied in manufacturing is a metallurgical process which provides a natural anti-oxidation coating. I think of it as "old-school" and something that Straight Razor shavers like me will appreciate. I like the bevel feel on the face that this blade offers which is just a little different than the typical high stainless and multi-coated modern blade. Be patient, willing to adjust your technique -- this blade is one of my smoothest blades and can provide a stellar BBS shave.

For me, I approach this blade much the way I would with a straight razor shave -- slow and methodical, the blade feels slightly different and more substantial-- responsive to technique!

I've never had rust issues with this blade, but I always clean my razors and "very gently" dab off extra moisture-- linen cloth towel not touching the bevel - avoid rubbing! Some wetshavers will simply let the blade air dry -- use your preferred method, but just use some basic care and you'll be fine with this blade.

This blade is unique and bitterly smooth when all things come together with face prep and technique. I find it outstanding and on my top-tier list. Nick Shaves has a good video on the Treet black carbon-- raves about his shave results yet offers realistic expectations.

    Sharp and smooth

For $5.99 per hundred, I gave these a shot. I find them both sharp and smooth in my slant. I only shave once and toss them, so I don't know about rust issues. Not my favorite blade for sure, but certainly worth a try in my opinion.
