We’ve created a limited run of aircraft-grade aluminum base plates for the RazoRock Superslant, designed for shavers who want the same performance with a lighter, more agile feel.

• Lightweight without compromise: Swapping to aluminum drops the base plate weight by roughly 70% (19g stainless steel → 6g aluminum) while maintaining excellent balance in hand.

• More affordable experimentation: The lower material and milling cost makes exploring different plate levels easier and more accessible.

• Durable, premium finish: Each plate is finished in black Cerakote for outstanding wear resistance.

All versions offered here are L2+ models, and they work with all Stainless Steel RazoRock Superslant top caps.

Material: 6061 Aluminum

Finish NOTE: Please do NOT expect perfection with the Cerakote. Although the quality is extremely high, the Cerakote finish is very difficult to get 100% perfect. They are machined and finished to a very high user grade, not a jewel piece, the odd mark, nick, dent or blemish can be expected and there may be very tiny spots of color variations on the Cerakote process.  If you are looking for or expecting jewel quality and perfection, these parts may not be for you.

Other Details: Each razor base is engraved with a unique serial number.
