"Famine" conjures ominous images of clouds of choking dust and debris, blasted deserts dotted with the bones of animals, and skeletally thin wretches, clad in rags and screaming, their ribs free to count and their skin leathery and drained of life. That was the visual that we came up with, anyway. As such, The Four Horsemen: Famine is the essence of desiccation and dusty powder, redolent with the dry, parchment-like character of dehydrated flowers and cracked earth.
