    In 17th century Venice, Plague doctors wore a beaked mask filled with sweet smells such as dried flowers, herbs and spices.  They believed the plague was spread by a noxious form of bad air and that their special fragrant blend would protect them.  On a recent trip to Italy, we were given "the recipe" which was supposedly used by these Plague doctors.  We can't confirm that it'll safeguard you from any future plagues but it sure smells divine.  We have recreated the Plague doctor's fragrance and now offer it in our Italian shaving soap and after shaving splash.

    Size: 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) glass bottle comes equipped with a convenient flow restrictor insert, enabling easy application of the perfect amount of Aftershave Splash each and every time.

    Ingredients: Alcohol Denat, Aqua(Water/Eau), Parfum(Fragrance), Polysorbate 20, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Menthol, Dimethicone Copolyol, Tetrasodium EDTA.

    this really smells verrrrrry good . i purchased this and just love the smell . its a smell iv not yet smelled , its almost like a baby powder with hint of fruit and flowers , hard to explain but i love it - i allllways purchase this brand of aftershave , the smells i have had so far are amazing ,this is why i purchase nothing other then this brand . this time im so glad i got this one, its my new favorite !!!!!!!

    I rarely use aftershave splashes and colognes but this I enjoy using. For me I find it lasts about 4 hours and I only wish that Italian Barber would offer this (and their other splashes) in a EDP.

    I always give myself two weeks before I do a review on a new aftershave. I never like new aftershaves right out of the box because I'm accustomed to the aftershaves I have been using.
    So, two weeks in I would have to say this aftershave has a very fresh baby powder type of scent once it simmers down. If you think you would like that ,you're going to like plague doctor... It's not bad. I guess I was expecting something more dark and mysterious because of the name
