Thankfully I dont have to use this product very much BUT it does a great job when I have to. I typically use this when i nick myself bad enough that it bleeds. It applies a "fake skin" layer that stops the bleeding VERY quickly... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]

Great stuff. As someone new to the world of traditional wetshaving, nicks with my razor are common (although less frequent all the time!), and this gel is very helpful: a tiny bit dispensed onto the finger then applied to the injury instantly stops the bleeding. There is also no residue left afterwards. The tube is fairly small, but since so little is required each time, I think it will last me for quite a while...

While it does work quite well for staunching nicks it's not very economical since the 10 ml tube is depleted pretty rapidly if one uses it regularly. A poor value IMHO. I'll go for an alum stick instead from now on. Alum sticks are far more economical and last for a long time... Rating: [4 of 5 Stars]
