RAZOROCK .76-P GAME CHANGER DE SAFETY RAZOR
**NOTE: THIS IS THE NEW MID RANGE GAME CHANGER WITH THE .76-P HEAD which was created to be in between the .68-P HEAD and the .84-P HEAD
Why did we call this razor the Game Changer? It's really simple! This razor was produced to a standard that is superior to razors which typically costs 4-8 times the price, yet in usual RazoRock fashion we are bringing you the highest standards of quality at a price everyone can afford. The RazoRock Game Changer is built to last a lifetime, machined from marine grade billet stainless steel, the same way a Swiss watch case is machined. This is a razor you can depend on forever!
Finish: Please note, these razors are tools, not jewels. We use a vibratory tumbling finish process which maintains the highest possible tolerances for the razors. This means the razors will not be mirror finished and will not be mark-free. The razors may have some milling marks or finishing marks. The razors can always be jewelry polished by the client later but our goal is to sell the razor at the best possible tolerances and lowest possible price. The metal-on-metal contact from the handle locking against the base-plate will create a ring mark on the base. It's common for handles to have micro dents from the tumbled finish.
Build: Full CNC machined to tolerances of two thousandths of an inch

Finish: 3 stage, 24 hour, machine vibratory finish. It's important to note that our finish is designed to de-burr and make the pieces smooth with minimum effect on machining tolerances. It's a tool-like finish and not a mirror-type high polish; each piece is unique (no two pieces will be identical). We don't believe in hand polishing our machined safety razors because it's self-defeating. We spend so much time and effort getting the tolerances tight, a hand polish will just ruin these tolerances. We would rather give you a quality tool-like finish at a great price and leave it up to you if you want to put a jewelry type polish or gun-kote at the razor later at additional cost.
Other Details: Each razor is engraved with a unique serial number.
How to load the blade: The easiest way to load a DE blade into the RazoRock Game Changer razor is to put the base plate of the razor head (the flat one) in the palm of your hand, then drop DE blade over the alignment posts. Then you can put the top cap on and proceed to screw down the handle locking the blade into the razor head.

I started wet shaving in February with a Henson mild. At first I was blown away, having come from cartridges before, it was a whole new world of shaving. I quickly built a wet shaving kit with a brush some soap and aftershave, and have been really enjoying the full shave experience. A few months in, I had experimented with different blades and all kinds of stuff, but still found I was getting some irritation and came to he conclusion it was from blade contact, here I was doing 3 or sometimes 4 passes daily with the Henson when I had never done more than a one pass shave before, and my face was feeling it. I thought about getting the more aggressive Henson, but then I thought about maybe trying something with a more traditional design. Then once I found razorock I knew I had to try one, 316 stainless, made in Canada and still cheaper than Henson! Settled on the GC 76p and I gotta say I love it. The weight difference alone makes me feel like I have much more control, and the extra aggression shaves me close enough I can shave every other day and still get away with 2 passes max, but without feeling too sharp or harsh on my face . This thing glides through my stubble like like a laser beam, even going atg and xtg I feel no tug or pull using Gillette silver blues or treet black beauties.
After a week with this beast, I decided to return the Henson, and I was still under their 100 day guarantee so it all worked out!
Glad I found razorock and Italian barber, will definitely make some more purchases here!
I will probably not ever need to buy another razor! I purchased the .68 base plate and the .76 razor and handle. As it turns out, the .68 with a feather blade is my perfect zone for great results. I'm on my third shave with the same blade, and it just gets better each shave. I only need two passes, and most of the second pass is really just cleanup! The profile of the base plate and cap together are perfect for under the nose and around the goatee. One happy customer!

I am very pleased with the GC 76 with a HD handle. I am using it with a Derby blade which works fine for me so far. I'll experiment with other blades as I get used to the razor. I was looking for a stainless razor that is more effective than the Merkur 34c that has been my daily use razor. This seems to fit the bill nicely and I prefer the additional heft. I also prefer it over the Rex Envoy and appreciate the fact that it is less than 1/2 the cost of the Envoy.
